Ken Juster

Ken Juster is the General Counsel at Easterly, responsible for managing the firm’s legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Easterly, Ken was a Partner in the Financial Services practices at international law firms Cooley LLP, White & Case LLP and K&L Gates LLP, where he represented investment advisers, registered and private fund sponsors, broker-dealers and fintech companies. Prior to that, Ken held in-house legal roles at LPL Financial and Tullett Prebon, and served as Head of Compliance at Chapdelaine & Co. Ken received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and holds his FINRA Series 7. He is a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations and is active in investment management industry organizations.
