Phil (PJ) Juliano Jr. serves as the Head of Sales at Easterly, responsible for managing the sales team and sales strategy across the firm.

Before joining Easterly, Phil was a Managing Director and Head of the Blackrock iShares U.S. Asset Manager Group. Phil was responsible for sales and distribution to global asset managers, hedge funds, and boutique wealth managers delivering iShares and BlackRock solutions. He was an executive member of the iShares Institutional team setting sales strategy, business planning, talent management and budget. Phil also managed the iShares Canada Asset Manager Team from 2016 to 2018 and led the creation of iShare’s Institutional Model Portfolio strategy. He was a member of the Director Promotion Committee and Executive Sponsor for the iShares V.P. Mentorship Program, which coordinated and supported V.P. talent development.

Prior to Blackrock, Phil was an Executive Director with MSCI Inc. and Head of New England Index Sales from 2006 to 2014. He was responsible for index sales to institutional clients, ETP licensing and led relationship management across index and risk products globally for Fidelity and State Street. Prior to MSCI, Phil was a Partner at Michael Gold Associates (Real Estate Appraisal) and spent four years with UBS Financial Services on the Securities Lending Desk. He began his career in New York on Morgan Stanley’s municipal bond desk in 2001.

Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Gettysburg College, is a former member of the CFA Society of Boston and a mentor for the ACP Veterans Network. He holds the FINRA Series 3, 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
